Sleep In The Way

Does sleep seem to get in your way of doing anything in the day. Fatigue is a drug in its self, you can’t turn it off or on, it comes and goes as it pleases. You want to wake and start your day but your buddy insomnia kept you up all night into the early morning. Now when morning time comes, sun may be shining through your window and you can’t wake up. Before you know it’s twelve o’clock in the afternoon and then it’s gets later and later. Sometimes you can fight it but I wouldn’t if you have to drive somewhere.
You don’t know fatigue until you have to use all your time to sleep before leaving to go somewhere, or you can’t keep your eyes open.
When you’re up, you’re up. But when you’re down, you’re down.
The worst feeling, I hate is when I’ve been needing sleep so badly that, my eyes become heavy and when I begin to sleep I go in deep. That deep sleep that; that feeling of not being able to move your body, speak or open your eyes happens. Sometimes I can catch it, I keep waking up out of my sleep. Just being tired for no reason, and can’t seem to get enough sleep.

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a disorder that causes extreme fatigue. This fatigue is not the kind of tired feeling that goes away after you rest. Instead, it lasts a long time and limits your ability to do ordinary daily activities.

The main symptom of CFS is severe fatigue that lasts for 6 months or more. You also have at least four of these other symptoms:

Feeling unwell for more than 24 hours after physical activity
Muscle pain
Memory problems
Headaches
Pain in multiple joints
Sleep problems
Sore throat
Tender lymph nodes
