Your Happiness

September 21,2014

I know that lots of times in our life we are quick to blame others for our actions, for our choices and how we are mentally, emotionally, and physically. But that only is good when you’re growing up from being a child, when you get to a certain age and that age is different for everyone, you have to admit to your own faults. Because when you’re the one making all the choices in your life, you can’t keep blaming your childhood and your parents. You have the control now and learn from all the mistakes and move on from them. It’s a new day to start over and be a better you. Even if you physically can’t do anything right now, start with your thoughts.
Ask yourself: Why am I feeling all this hurt, hate, negativity?
What is something in your life you can change today and everyday? You can tell yourself that I’m going to be happy, no matter what. Every single day God wakes you up, there is always at least one happy thought; old or new that can bring a smile upon your face. Try it today, I have my thoughts this morning and I am smiling; not just on my face but inside, my soul is smiling.
I can smile because I know even though my life has not been easy for me, I know I am loved; not only by ones around me, but by my God. He loves me and takes care of me. Every single time I worry and think the worst, God reassures me, shows me why I should trust in only him and have hope that everything is going to be okay and everything will work out in my favor.
Through my pain God surrounds me with his angels and they make me smile and laugh.
