My morning started with going to the bathroom only for it to turn into torture. Back and forth worst every time. Clutching for dear life, feeling like I was in labor. I’m blowing out doing breathing exercises to keep calm. I wanted to call out for someone but let’s me serious, I couldn’t, because I’m in the middle of having a bowel movement I can’t have someone holding my hand… But it was painful, didn’t think I would be able to make it through this moment.
Finally it calmed down. I had been bloated now for what seem to be weeks and my stomach looked as if I could’ve been like 7 or 8 months pregnant.
On the bright side after it was all over I weighed myself and had lost 4lbs.
I have to laugh to keep from crying. Other than that my day is going well and I’m happy.

I drink while eating, I just can’t seem to wait until after my meal. Also I love spicy/hot food. I do many things that may be considered “wrong” but with all the pain I suffer with, it makes one feel as if I at least deserve to eat what I want. I don’t want pain to take away all I love.
How many times have you ate and then laid down afterwards? I must admit I’ve done this too be many times and most times have been late at night which is another no-no. I’ve even sat up in the living room after eating a meal, only to end up stretched out on the couch or reclined in the recliner chair.
Having that feeling of everything upping back up your throat is the worst, and I have moments of almost throwing up and I get this bad taste in my mouth. It feels like I shallowed vomit. Yeah I know it’s gross but true.
I DO NOT EAT ENOUGH WHICH LEADS TO I EAT TOO MUCH!
I busy sleeping trying to get enough rest, miss out on eating breakfast even lunch most days. So by the time I’m up feeling okay I’m eating dinner and I’m really hungry, I over eat, or with food plus the water intake it makes me more full which causes me to feel bad. Then when I’m just plan busy, I don’t eat. On the other hand when food is limited one can’t eat much. Maybe one meal is all you have, and I have those moments where I have nothing to snack on. This is something I deal with everyday along with many other things.

Constipation, what a pain in the butt right. Well today I am feeling it, but anyone who has irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) knows that this is something that happens. Left pelvic pain was horrible last night, I was able to fall asleep around three in the morning.
Woke up feeling the need to have to go, feeling backed up and went to the bathroom only to find that nothing was going to come out, but I could feel it there. I pushed a little but I knew I shouldn’t force it, I could feel my butt muscles tight and tense. When I wiped myself there was blood, maybe blood clot (I’m not sure.)
Not being able to have a bowel movement really hurts and I have an headache, along with cramping around pelvic, butt and lower back.
It’s so weird I’m getting fatigued as I write this right now, so hope I will be able to go soon. One of the ways of course that is very important is to drink plenty of water everyday, at least eight glasses. And I can’t seem to get pass maybe three, and when I try to force myself to drink all the water I should; it’s just too much. And the more I drink the more I urinate.
“What Is Constipation?
Constipation occurs when bowel movements become difficult or less frequent. The normal length of time between bowel movements ranges widely from person to person. Some people have bowel movements three times a day; others, only one or two times a week. Going longer than three days without a bowel movement is too long. After three days, the stool or feces become harder and more difficult to pass.”
What Are the Symptoms of Constipation?
Symptoms of constipation can include:
Infrequent bowel movements and/or difficulty having bowel movements
Swollen abdomen or abdominal pain
Symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome include:
Changes in bowel movement patterns.
Bloating and excess gas.
Pain the lower belly.
Mucus in stools.
Bowel movement patterns:
When you have IBS, your pattern of bowel movements may be different over time. Two or more of the following may happen:
Bowel movements may occur either more often (diarrhea) or less often (constipation) than usual. For example, you may have more than 3 bowel movements a day or less than 3 a week.
Bowel movements may differ in size or consistency. They may be hard and small, pencil-thin, or loose and watery.
The way stools pass changes. You may strain, feel an urgent need to have a bowel movement, or feel that you haven’t completely passed a stool.
You may have bloating or a feeling of gas in the intestines.

What’s Your Pain Limit
I got over the hump now it’s Thursday and I must change my routine a bit. Instead of early morning workout, I will do afternoon housing cleaning. Remember it’s all about being active, as long as you are moving and even breaking a sweat, it’s a good workout. I had to change up because I was sick to my stomach with cramps that break one down to tears last night think it was IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) I needed more rest and sleep, with fatigue and the days of menstrual cycle on its way, all my body wants to do is sleep. For me the symptoms can start as early as two weeks before. I still have a positive outlook, I just need to take it a little easier, so then I will be able to turn it bak up a notch later. I was very worried a bit since last night when I felt my body seeming as if it was taking revenge on me. The doubt came because I feared I would not be able to workout today. After I was able to finally calm my nerves enough and fell asleep, I woke with some relief but still not as good as I had been the past days. I came across the perfect message this morning and it helped me remember what my mind should be focused on. And reminded me of how dangerous my own thoughts can be to myself.
“The Danger of Small Mindedness”
You can’t listen to doubt talk, fear talk or worry talk: even if it’s your own words. Your mind hears what your mind thinks. By what you think, soon your body will react to your thoughts of how you see and think of yourself. You can change your mind with just one thought, its all it takes that one step. So as a man think if in his heart; so he be it. FLUSH OUT YOUR MIND and allow new healthy, prosperous, positive and love flood your thoughts. Don’t allow people around you to speak fear, worry & doubt into your ear; change the subject/channel. TUNE INTO THE MIND OF THE LORD. We have the mind of Christ therefore let us think as Christ does and then we can feel as if we can do anything in Jesus name Amen.
