Physical Therapy

“Physical Therapists (PTs) provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients with injuries or disease. PTs work closely with patients and clients to restore, maintain, and promote their overall fitness and wellness for healthier and more active lifestyles. Patients may include accident victims and individuals with disabling conditions such as low back pain, fractures, head injuries, arthritis, heart disease, and cerebral palsy.” http://explorehealthcareers.org/en/Career/70/Physical_Therapist

Sounds like something that could be helpful to someone with fibromyalgia right? Sure maybe. I was still up at three in the morning, pacing back and forth in a dark living room; because I was feeling too much I edge to rest. Also to warm and just plain not sleepy. As I walked back and forth; my left leg am knee are still bothering me, so I feel as if I’m trying to learn to walk again something.
Actually both my legs felt stiff and let’s not forget the popping sound of my joints as I tKe every step. Overall I felt like I just have to move; need to just move around. Why? I have no idea; ask my body why.

COULD A Physical_Therapist HELP!?
