Today was a family reunion which I haven’t been too in years. I’m staying with my mother and aunt at this time, so of course they thought I was going to go. Even their aunt wanted me to go but I am an adult now I will not be forced into going places I don’t want to go. I haven’t been able to really get any rest this week and not just that my body isn’t up to it, I just don’t care to see those people family or not. My be hurtful but I’m being truthful.
Seems as though my cycle decided to turn off today, I’m glad about that but I still don’t feel good. It’s a good thing I didn’t go anywhere because I was going to take a walk but before leaving out I began feeling not quite right. I decided to eat something and while eating I was felt a bit dizzy/lightheaded. My body started to ache and become weak. I could feel it as I walk around and when using my arms to get clothes out the washer, and I can’t a pain in my hip for a moment there. Today is not my day it seems. Almost every tender point is sore. Along with what is a tension headache I believe because I have some aching in my neck.
I began feeling much worst as if my blood pressure was up, but the machine here at the house wouldn’t work. I drove myself to the nearest walmart and of course they don’t have one for me to test myself. I just don’t feel up to driving to check walgreens or cvs so I just sat in the car in the parking lot for awhile before driving back home. My sight was trying to mess up on me and i in the grumpiest mood ever. I’m irritable and depressed all in one. I’m grumpy and sad, what a mess. I am happy to be alone right now, I’m so going to hate when everyone returns, I’m going to have to try and have a better attitude.
I had a reunion with myself today and it didn’t go well.

I have so much tension that my head feels like it’s about to explode. When I lay down a certain way, my head can feel like a brick.
It’s the most craziest feeling, and the tension in my neck has been very severe. Feels like a big muscle on the right side of my neck is tight. Then in the back of my neck, heck okay it’s my entire neck all around. Not stiff to the point I can’t move, but very aching and sore.
Nothing I do is making me feel better, which I can’t seem to get too much done without becoming tired lately. Just walking around for a certain period of time or having to stand up for too long.
I can’t drink enough, but drinking something makes me feel sick as well. Water makes extra salvia that causes me to want to gag sometimes. At times when I breath heavy, or swallow I feel a soreness on the right side of my neck.
Can’t forget the face pain, that is sharp and hurts, makes me feel like my body is going into shock. Around the jaw line, ear, down the neck. Along with sharp pains that come and go in my head. Sometimes if I raise up to fast or sit back down to quickly, this like heaviest comes in my head. Recently it happened and it was on left side of my head mostly, and made me feel cloudily.
It’s been tough trying to function, I’m kind of just here.
I feel calm, anger and sad; hopeful but worried.

“Fibromyalgia symptoms can make life extremely difficult for those who have the disorder, making it hard to go to work, finish housework, or just get out of bed in the morning. In addition to chronic headaches, difficulty concentrating and muscle and joint pain, many fibromyalgia sufferers also have to combat chronic dizziness. This dizziness can last for mere seconds or as long as a few days, causing headaches, nausea, and even fainting spells.”-http://www.fibromyalgia-symptoms.org/fibromyalgia_dizziness.html
I haven’t been this dizzy and lightheaded before, it’s really weird, seemed to start to get really bad around the time the weather began changing into spring. I’ve had more headaches [ongoing] and a lot of aching in my neck. It’s made it difficult to do anything, but I’ve manage to get up, eat something, maybe walk to the mailbox, do some cleaning, end up back in bed because of headaches, blurry vision and the spinning around feeling. I’ve been slowly losing my appetite, feeling sick like I want to vomit. Days have not been easy and my body trembling as gotten worst.
The things that I suffer from that could be causing my dizziness are:
High Blood Pressure
Chronic Headaches [Migraine & Tension]
There are a lot of symptoms that come along with having fibromyalgia and it’s easy to say that is the cause of everything, but truly it could be so many other things going on with your body.
What are the symptoms experienced when a person feels dizzy?
Lightheadedness is the feeling of weakness and faintness as if you are about to pass out. The symptoms tend to be short-lived, depending on the cause. There may be associated nausea, sweating, and blurred vision.
If the cause is dehydration or bleeding, the symptoms may worsen by standing quickly and may resolve somewhat by lying down (orthostatic hypotension)
Heart rhythm disturbances may occur without warning and may be associated with palpitations. This may come and go or it may persist. The heart beat may be felt as too fast (often described as a pounding or fluttering), too slow, and/or irregular.
Vertigo is the sensation of spinning and may present without warning and be associated with nausea and vomiting. People with inner ear problems may be debilitated and unable to move without generating symptoms.
People with a cerebellar cause of vertigo such as a stroke or tumor may have associated coordination problems or difficulty walking.
FIBROMYALGIA IS A REAL PAIN IN THE HEAD.
