Overactive and irritable bladder

Urinary Frequency
“Urinary frequency and abdominal bloating is quite common amongst fibromyalgia patients, particularly women. This symptom causes you to feel as if you have to urinate constantly, and can result in you having to visit the washroom several times a day. Some fibromyalgia sufferers find that they have to urinate as frequently as every 20 minutes. Urinary frequency can also disrupt sleeping patterns, as it typically causes you to wake up to go the bathroom.”

I don’t want to drink anything when I go out because I will need to urinate frequently. And it’s the worse when you have to keep going to the bathroom. I feel so horrible and screwed up so much that I have no idea what’s all going on with me. Am I able to take in as much water as I’m letting out? I don’t know. I feel as if I’m not but also I am retaining water, even though I’m urinating to what I feel is too much. But it depends on how much I drink, it’s worse at night when I’m trying to rest.
And getting dry mouth while sleeping, having to wake up because I feel like I’m going to choke. Just drinking a few sips of water and then going back to bed, it starts my bladder up. Right when I’m sleeping so good, I have to get up and pee.
I am who I am but sometimes I think would it really be so much better to be like someone else and feel “normal” I wish I didn’t think about myself so much in this way. And be like everyone else and just forget about it. But if I just brushed it off, I may be slowly killing myself faster and not knowing it. If I just said every pain means nothing and pop pills and say in okay, what would that do.

ALL I KNOW IS I AM NOT ALONE, MANY PEOPLE IN THE WORLD FEEL THE SAME PAIN OF A CHRONIC ILLNESS.
